It’s been a week since we returned from the SCLU Spring Conference 2019 and we’ve now had the chance to catch the whole team up on a great weekend.

We were delighted to attend our first ever ACE Conference down in Liverpool this month. It was a great opportunity for us to meet lots of new credit unions as first-time exhibitors as well as getting to chat with all of the other suppliers that were in attendance.

Just weeks after our CEO pitched in the Edge14 Grand Finals, we were invited to attend the awards dinner to find out if we’d won a share of the Scottish Edge Fund.

This week is a very special week for Soar - we’re attending the Scottish Financial Technology Awards as finalists in three categories!

Well, we said we’d keep you posted on how we got on at the Scottish Financial Technology Awards and we’re happy to report that we walked away with two awards! We’re delighted to be taking the awards for Rising Star and Social Impact back to our team in Glasgow.

We’re so proud to announce that she has been named a finalist at the Scottish Women in Technology Awards for Leader of the Year.

We are continuing our good news this awards season by announcing that our CEO has made it to the Regional Final in the RBS Great British Entrepreneur Awards.

We’re delighted to be up for another award tonight at the Glasgow Business Awards. Soar is a finalist in the Innovation in Business category, and we are proud to have been chosen alongside some amazing companies.

In our run of award nominations, our CEO Andrew, has nabbed the Scale Up Entrepreneur of the Year award at the Great British Entrepreneur Regional Finals.

Soar is lucky enough to have not just one but two amazing Soar women as finalists in this year’s Business Women Scotland Awards! Both our Chief Product Officer and Marketing Manager have made it to the finals of these highly respected Scottish awards.
