We were delighted to attend our first ever ACE Conference down in Liverpool this month. It was a great opportunity for us to meet lots of new credit unions as first-time exhibitors as well as getting to chat with all of the other suppliers that were in attendance. Armed with our documentation, we connected with credit union volunteers, advisors, senior management and board members to tell them a bit more about Soar.
Our CEO also delivered a talk on the future of credit unions to the ACE members. He spoke to delegates about what the current digital landscape looks like and what it will look like by the time we get to 2025. With challenger banks making a big impact at the moment, it’s important for credit unions who aren’t embracing technology to consider where this leaves them. This is something that was discussed in Andrew’s session and credit unions were keen to engage in talks about their current strategies and what their digital plans are for the future.
Attending the conference gave us a good opportunity to converse with other suppliers as well as network with some potential customers. We found that collaboration was a common theme which is great news for Soar. We’re always looking to partner with other FinTech’s as well as credit unions in order to help the entire market progress.
