We are continuing our good news this awards season by announcing that our CEO has made it to the Regional Final in the RBS Great British Entrepreneur Awards. Andrew is up for the Scale Up Entrepreneur of the Year Award and is in with a chance of making it to the National Finals in London. He has been shortlisted due to his hard work and efforts in growing Soar into a successful and disruptive FinTech in the short space of time that we’ve been serving the ethical finance market.
Andrew has been growing companies since his mid-twenties and most recently led Soar’s sister company and experts in mobile app development, Swarm Online. Andrew formed Soar in order to offer the ethical finance sector a solution that would allow their communities to prosper all while making their world simpler. Having secured a number of customers in the UK as well as substantial research and development funding, Soar is well on its way to serving the entire ethical banking market with the technology it needs under Andrew's leadership.
The RBS Great British Entrepreneur Awards are being hosted at the Glee Club in Glasgow on Tuesday 1st October and will be ditching the traditional black-tie format for a more relaxed ‘talk-show’ format.
