Baillieston Credit Union first joined Soar in July 2018. We have been delighted with the progress Baillieston CU have made since launching our app and we think they’re an amazing credit union with a great drive for digital transformation.
The launch of their Soar mobile app coupled with a move to new premises has meant that the credit union has seen significant growth since last year. Take a look at some of their figures:
Baillieston CU was looking to grow their numbers and streamline some of their processes to make things easier for their credit union advisors.Taking on the mobile app has attracted new and younger members and has meant that more loan applications are being done through their app too. The credit union can also view analytics from the app usage to see how it is being used by members and the advisor hub allows them to schedule and send communications. This has allowed them to do a lot of their marketing through the mobile app to support the CU’s love of social media!
